Description:
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to managing people employment administration, administrative on-boarding & off-boarding, employment administration, representing as PRO in governmental authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Leads HR administration, managing and developing HR-administrative standards;
- Ensures smooth hiring, onboarding processes;
- Manages payroll related administration, staff attendance, employment statuses;
- Manages employment documentation and provision to employees;
- Ensures visa, work permit processing;
- Manages employment administration as PRO in the governmental authorities;
- Maintains compliance with governmental regulations;
- Coordinates the Emiratisation of the Group companies;
- Manages and Develops Group's internal labor regulations;
- Organizes and analyzes employment data;
- Manages communication with the Group's team management for HR and Labor Law questions;
- Collaborates with the HR and accounting department colleagues, commercial management of the Group.
Qualification, skills:
- Previous UAE experience on a HR or Employment administration position;
- Organizational skills, systematic approach, flexibility;
- Upper-Intermediate English speaking;
- Active laptop & mobile user;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Speaking Russian would be beneficial.
