Hiring HR and Admin Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring compliance with Dubai Labor Law.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist with office management tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR and Admin experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Labor Law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
