We are looking for an experienced HR and Administrative Secretary position for our Delux Star Property in Albarsha, Dubai.

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external third parties.
- Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.
- Supporting HR in tasks such as onboarding, orientation, training logistics, and maintaining employee databases.
- Maintaining employee files, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, pay attention to details, and maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and assist in resolving HR-related or administrative challenges.
- Preferred candidates to be locally available in UAE.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the hotel or service industry.
- Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s performance during the interview.
