Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

- Collaborate with manager to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our company.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the company.

- Handle employee onboarding, training, and development to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

- Assist with HR-related tasks such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
