Hiring Timekeeper HR Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full Time
Major Roles
- Review timecards to ensure the employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete.
- Work with employees to resolve errors like missing punches and job corrections.
- For corrections after the payroll has processed, complete a Timecard Adjustment , obtain the employee and supervisor signature, and communicate to the Payroll department.
- Provide support for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule interviews, HR events, and meetings while maintaining agendas and ensuring all participants are well-informed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to HR processes when necessary.
- Any Bachelor degree holder.
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years Timekeeping Experience in UAE .
- Preference to Hindi Speaking candidate.
- Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
