Hiring Timekeeper HR Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full Time

Major Roles

  • Review timecards to ensure the employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete.
  • Work with employees to resolve errors like missing punches and job corrections.
  • For corrections after the payroll has processed, complete a Timecard Adjustment , obtain the employee and supervisor signature, and communicate to the Payroll department.
  • Provide support for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Schedule interviews, HR events, and meetings while maintaining agendas and ensuring all participants are well-informed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to HR processes when necessary.
  • Any Bachelor degree holder.
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 2 years Timekeeping Experience in UAE .
  • Preference to Hindi Speaking candidate.
  • Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
  • Basic Idea of HR Functions
