Hiring HR Coordinator in Medical Clinic in Dubai -Marina
JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Management
- Hiring – Drafting job descriptions, coordinate the applications and interviews.
- Support the on-boarding process for new joiners in the team – Visa, DHA licenses, Insurance, facility mgt, etc.
- Manage Payroll – review and verify employee timecards, address any discrepancies, calculation of overtime and/or other components for providing the details to be included or excluded in salary.
- Preparing and maintaining leave plans as well as leave trackers.
- Employee database management & coordinate for visa or license renewals.
- Work with department heads for creating Performance management plans and periodic reviews.
- Conduct monthly and yearly performance analysis, create reports to present the same to the management.
- Maintain document trackers – Visa, Passports, Insurance, Licenses, etc. Ensure all documents for all employees are up to date.
- Face Audits/surprise inspections from labor office, Immigration quota approving team, DHA, etc.
Learning & Development
- Enroll and train new joinees on biometrics & other software usage.
- Analyze training needs for all employees and maintain CME trackers for healthcare professionals.
- Make sure that the firm’s employee staffing, development, rewards, communication and governance practices all work to recruit and encourage the skills and motivation needed for customer commitment.
- Initiate training and reward programs to ensure internal as well as external customer satisfaction is balanced.
Administration & Operations
- Maintain Asset’s register and provide day to day administrative supplies as per the requests received (as per JCI & DHA standards).
- Lead and manage procurement – clinical as well as non-clinical items.
- Coordinate with FM & Maintenance teams as & when needed. Track any AMC’s if applicable.
- Assist in building partnerships with other medical facilities – drafting contracts, coordinating terms and meetings, etc.
Customer Success Mgt
- Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
- Queries and provide appropriate solutions to internal as well as external clients.
- Optimize, manage, and oversee all relevant execution processes, making the customer experience as smooth as possible while optimizing customer satisfaction and expected outcomes.
- Maintain effective and engaging communications at all levels (exec, staff), across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Provide recommendations for efficient research in line with global trends and use the best research methods in this space. Create & Monitor surveys and online feedback reports
