We are hiring an HR Coordinator for a manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Coordinate new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to HR matters.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in HR coordination or related roles within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
