This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Cum Admin Executive at Dubai Luxury Properties By FREB located in Dubai The HR Cum Admin Executive will be responsible for
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
Prepare the Tenancy Contracts.
Ad posting on Property Adverting Portals like Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder
Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and email correspondence on behalf Management
Draft the Internal Contracts as per the management Requirement with due diligence
Prepare and manage documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting agendas.
Maintain and update Properties databases and filing systems.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Maintain an organized office environment, monitor office supplies, and handle purchasing or replenishment.
Create and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Liaise between different departments to streamline operations and relay relevant information.
Support finance, and other departments with routine tasks such as onboarding, employee file management, or invoicing.
HR Duties:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally.
Handle and direct inquiries, guiding visitors to the appropriate staff member.
Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a professional image.
Distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries to the correct recipients
Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive communication style.
4. Sales Acumen: Good understanding of real estate sales processes.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
6. Property Advertising Portals knowhow.
7. Dubai Land Department & RERA Rules awareness.
