Description:

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Associate Director to play a pivotal role in the startup. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our team is supported and motivated to achieve their best. Your expertise will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent as we scale our operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR and Assist in establishing the business entity in Dubai
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Administer performance management systems and lead talent development programs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement

 

The Successful Applicant

 

Qualified candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese counterpart
  • 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to people management.
