Description:
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
-Manage employee relations
-Provide HR support to the management team
-Conduct employee interviews
-Hire new employees
-Onboard new employees
-Train employees
-Evaluate employee performance
-Develop employee compensation and benefits plans
-Terminate employees
-Comply with all applicable labor laws
-Build and maintain relationships with employee unions
-Represent the company in labor disputes
-Conduct employee surveys
-Analyze employee data
-Develop and implement HR initiatives
-Stay up-to-date on HR trends
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in an HR role
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
