Description:
We are hiring an HR executive for Oak Foods. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and structuring compensation and benefits packages.
- Establishing and executing performance review processes, including quarterly/annual evaluations and 360° assessments.
- Formulating equitable HR policies and ensuring employee understanding and compliance.
- Implementing efficient methods for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Evaluating training requirements and coordinating learning and development programs for all staff.
- Monitoring the budget of the HR department.
- Serving as the primary contact for labor legislation matters.
- Handling employee grievances and concerns.
- Developing and managing referral bonus programs.
- Assessing current HR technology and recommending improved software solutions, including HRIS and ATS.
- Measuring employee retention and turnover rates.
- Supervising the daily operations of the HR department.
