Description:
HR Executive for an prominent IT Hardware distributor based in Bur Dubai.
Candidates with experience in HR with IT Hardware distributors are preferred.
This is a Junior role hence candidates with only 2-5 yrs of work experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Employee relations
- Managing employee separation processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws & regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
