Description:
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for both white and blue-collar workers in the construction, contracting, and MEP sectors.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
Oversee onboarding, performance appraisals, job descriptions, and induction/orientation for new joiners.
Coordinate with the PR Department for visa processing.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a related HR role within the Construction/Contracting/MEP sector in the UAE.
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
