Key Responsibilities
1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
3. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Handle payroll processing and leave management.
5. Address employee grievances and provide support for conflict resolution.
6. Coordinate training and development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience
