Description:
We are looking for an HR Generalist
Responsibilities
- Provide support to various HR-related functions (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recognition & Rewards, and Emiratisation)
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
- Master’s Degree in Management of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Specialized accredited certificate in HR from SHRM / CIPD preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR
- Previous experience working on ERP / HRIS systems / HR.
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Dashboards & Reports generation.
- Team player and able to earn the trust of managers and employees.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and collaborate on multiple work streams.
