Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to various HR-related functions (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recognition & Rewards, and Emiratisation)
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
  • Master’s Degree in Management of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Specialized accredited certificate in HR from SHRM / CIPD preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR
  • Previous experience working on ERP / HRIS systems / HR.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dashboards & Reports generation.
  • Team player and able to earn the trust of managers and employees.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and collaborate on multiple work streams.
