KMC is looking for hire for an esteemed client, a manufacturing company based in UAE.
Position: HR Generalist.
Salary: AED 8000-10000

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of HR, will be responsible for all day to day HR activities like recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, leave, benefits & compensation.
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and interviews
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Monitor employee morale and company culture..
- Identify future staffing needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Proven success working in an HR generalist role
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws
- Manufacturing Industry experience
- Proven experience in handling headcount of 500+ employees
- Experience in hiring blue collared and white collared jobs
