Hiring Senior HR Generalist
A reputable manufacturer in UAE specializing in home security and door systems
Requirements:
- Handle general facets of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, retaining, and performance management and employee relations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and conducting orientation.
- Identify training needs, implement training programs, provide guidance to leadership on performance-related issues, and support the creation of performance improvement plans.
- Establish and periodically maintain HR policies and guidelines, communicating changes to employees as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related (Western education/school background)
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, retention and performance management in the same role/level, from retail or F&B industry
- Must be knowledgeable about UAE Employment Law
- Must be fluent in Arabic
