We are Looking For HR Generalist To Join Us From Office Dubai :

Job Description: –

  • Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
  • Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Managing Performance appraisal.
  • Attractive salary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is must.
  • Diploma in HR is must.
  • Experience 3 years at least in HR field is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working hours: 9 hrs.
  • One days off
  • Fluent in English
  • Having Car + Valid Driving License
  • V. Good Knowledge of Microsoft & internet
