Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
• Manage employee benefits Payroll administration, including enrollment and claims processing
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed
• Assist in the implementation of HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years Experience in UAE.
