We're currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR department handling our group of companies.
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing generalist HR functions from A-Z. You will be the go-to person for both our management and our employees for all questions and concerns related to HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, and Benefits. Aside from developing relevant frameworks, you'll also implement, measure, and refine processes, policies, and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities
These are your day-to-day duties:
- Lead and take responsibility for the performance of the following functions as subject matter expert:
- Recruitment,
- Onboarding,
- Training & Development,
- Compensation & Benefits,
- Performance Management,
- Organizational Development,
- Employee Communication, and
- Project Management;
- Spearhead the recruitment, retention, and offboarding of top-notch talent from A-Z in an effective, timely, and cost-efficient manner;
- Organize and maintain employee files;
- Issue HR-related documents (salary certificates, NOC, experience certificates, etc.);
- Process and issue employee monthly pay slips;
- Ensure employees' motivations and aspirations are understood and met;
- Drive performance management, identify and address training and development needs;
- Establish an outstanding employer brand across our key market;
- Act as advisor for HR-related matters to the management.
Please apply if are you meeting the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial HR experience in a UAE-based SME/startup, ideally in the hospitality industry;
- Completed bachelor's or masters degree in HR or a relevant field, ideally SHRM or CIPD certification;
- Hands-on experience with using HRIS and ATS;
- Outstanding communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage;
- Currently in the UAE and availability to join within a month.
