Your Responsibilities will be:
- Support implementation of the business and growth strategies for UAE Plant
- Implement Human Resources Plans in consultation with the HR Director and relevant business partners.
- Understand and identify business and operational needs working closely with the line management.
- Build strong working relationships to be able to identify and understand both line manager and employee needs.
- Manage, develop, and enhance the day-to-day Human Resources operations and related resources within the area of responsibility.
- In consultation with HR Director advise and support line management with organizational planning and changes, support change management processes and advice regarding employee relations needs.
- Lead the workforce planning, staffing and recruitment process and recommend initiatives for the improvement and further development of these key processes in accordance with labour law and current multinational best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Human Resources Policies and procedures, where applicable aligned to local market practice and Acino regional policy principles.
- Manage all onboarding and termination processes, personnel files and related administration and employee cases according to Acino policies and local laws.
- Provide consistent and timely communication about Human Resources processes and broader business issues to employees and managers.
- Ensure high data integrity in the Human resources database for the relevant employee population.
- Act as a backup for HR colleagues in META and participate actively in META wide initiatives when required.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field with a minimum 5-7 years hands on experience in HR roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and a solid understanding of HR functions.
- Acts in line with Acino values and behaviors (Execution, Accountability, Multiplier, Growth Mindset, Explicit).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people from different functions and at different levels within the company.
- Skilled at managing complex projects and processes and can influence and inspire others without authority.
- Willingly accept challenging assignments and opportunities that stretch and build capabilities.
- Operates from a deep understanding of business and strategies.
- Experience in Pharma Industry is an asset. Fluent written and spoken English.
