The Bridge Associates has been mandated to look for HR Manager in a Business Consulting firm in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall HR Management including compliance of HR practices.
• Employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Payroll management
• Formulate, update, and communicate HR policies
• Implement effective onboarding programs
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs

Requirements:

5 years of local experience in similar roles.
