Hiring HR Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Human Resource Manager with proficiency in Arabic for our esteemed perfume company based in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a vibrant and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR function, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies, payroll, and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Location: Dubai – UAE (Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.)
- Salary: 5,000 – 6000 AED
