Hiring HR Manager – Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and guiding both employees and managers.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Work with managers to identify development opportunities for employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
- Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Handle visa and immigration-related matters for expatriate employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource management role
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, and compensation and benefits management
- Understanding of Labor laws, Visa process, government regulations, and compliance requirements in the United Arab Emirates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
