Liquid is seeking an experienced HR Manager with experience in advertising agency to join their office in Dubai.
What do you need?
- 3-5 years of HR experience in an advertising agency is absolutely mandatory
- Experience in the creation and implementation of employee morale boosting programs is mandatory
- Friendly and assertive personality
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment in the advertising field , onboarding, evaluation, training & development is mandatory.
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws
What you’ll do?
- Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion, and hiring analytics
- Create, implement, and manage onboarding plans
- Plan and implement training programs
- Assist in performance management, employee grievance management, and employee evaluation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Adhere to laws and regulations, creating employee contracts and visa processing
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
