Responsibilities:
- Execute HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Manage recruitment activities and attract the best talent
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment process
- Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliances
- Manage employee life cycle events such as onboarding, probation, confirmation, and separation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee grievances
- Conduct regular HR audits and suggest improvements to enhance HR services
- Coordinate and facilitate appropriate training programs for employees
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in civil industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven work experience in core HR Field for minimumminimum 6 years
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work as a team and as an individual
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Willingess to relocate to Dubai
