What you’ll Do:

• Lead recruitment efforts for top-tier real estate agents
• Develop and implement HR strategies to create a positive, performance-driven work environment
• Partner with leadership to ensure the successful growth and sustainability of our team
• Manage all aspects of HR operations, from onboarding to talent management

• Proven experience in HR, particularly in talent acquisition and building teams from the ground up
