Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage HR policies and procedures effectively.
