Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Holford FM in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for performing recruitment, payroll, managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also work closely with senior management to ensure smooth operations of the department.
- Responsible for entire recruitment process, from requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct reference and background checks for applicants.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and train employees on HR policies and UAE labor law.
- Manage talent transitions and redeployment across the UAE.
- Create job descriptions and specifications for open roles.
- Prepare and issue employee separation notices and conduct exit interviews.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Schedule and monitor performance evaluations for all staff.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible to oversee employee attendance and prepare monthly payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Communicate and enforce policies consistently.
- Handle employee contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in employee misconduct investigations and incident reporting.
- Support the implementation of the HR module in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update employee records in the UAE and ensure system accuracy.

- Previous experience in the facilities management industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
