Description:
Required HR Officer who can join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the entire spectrum of HR Employee Lifecycle activities
- Manage Onboarding, Issuing offer letters, Leave Management, Exit Interview process, etc
- Manage corporate communications and employee relations issues within the business.
- Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure Compliance to HR Policies/processes & Labor laws
- Generate HR Analytics reports.
- Manage Medical Insurance for all staff and workers.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Qualifications
- Graduate in related discipline.
- 4-6 years experience in UAE
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Computer Skills is must
- Should be excellent in Excel and in preparing reports.
