We are currently hiring an HR Officer for one of our clients a Stock Trading company based in UAE. .
Job Location: JLT, Dubai
Working days: Monday – Saturday (Alt Saturday’s Off)
Work Timings: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
Industry Preference: Finance / Consulting Service Sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Proven experience working in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and timekeeping systems.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in HR policies and legislation and implement necessary updates.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
