Hr Officer

Description:

Looking for a HR Officer to join in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Business Management, with 3 to 4 years of experience in the HR domain (school experience will be preferred).

Key responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions to improve the workplace environment, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, payroll management, employee database management, leave and attendance management, employee relations, HR policies and strategies, employee visas and work permits, HR compliances and legal matters.
