Prime Group is looking for HR Officer to join our team in UAE, Dubai.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare the final settlements,annual leave salary reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including hours worked, attendance, and deductions.
- Answer employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and budgeting.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
