Prime Group is looking for HR Officer to join our team in UAE, Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Prepare the final settlements,annual leave salary reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including hours worked, attendance, and deductions.
  • Answer employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and budgeting.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
