Description:

HR Officer required

  • Background with manpower supply is a must.
  • Knowledge in UAE visa processing.
  • Assisting the PRO with the complete employment process.
  • Maintains 201 files through EPRO system.
  • Application of health insurance and coordinating with the insurance company.
  • Monitoring employee documents such as passports, Passports, Visa, Emirates ID, Insurance etc.

Accounts/Payroll required

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, handling timesheets and ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, allowances, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements
