Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter
• Preferably has own visa
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to extending offers for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Candidates must be available in UAE for interview and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
