Job Overview:
Our company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting Sales Executives (GMC). The candidates will also be responsible to head hunt potential people who meet the specific job requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to understand the job requirements and develop an effective recruitment strategy to identify potential candidates.
- Source and screen resumes of potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work with the Sales Manager to establish target weekly sales for Sales Executives and evaluate candidates’ ability to meet these targets during the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed to ensure the candidate’s suitability for the position.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and referral sources for future recruitment needs.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably with experience in recruiting for sales positions.
- Experience working with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
