Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in UAE in talent acquisition, recruitment roles with Construction , MEP, Interior Fit out companies will be preferred.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Must have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data and metrics
Must have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Must be familiar with UAE employment laws and regulations
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including job posting optimization, sourcing, and screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with line managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to proactively source candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and referrals.
Conduct thorough assessments of applicants, including competency-based interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a robust and objective selection process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent.
