Description:
Hiring HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Handle employee documentation, including contracts, visas, work permits, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
- Collaborate with management to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the IT sector, preferably in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Experience in handling HR paperwork, including visa processing and employee contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
