Hiring HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring we hire the best talent for each cinema.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and conflicts to foster a positive working environment.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, aligned with employment laws, and communicated effectively across the company.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver employee training programs, supporting staff development and ensuring they have the skills needed to thrive.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and ensure accurate timekeeping for our employees.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with employee evaluations, providing tools and guidance to encourage development and accountability.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-location or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, UAE labor law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
