Looking for HR Specialist, Can join immediately.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation and training on company policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support managers in handling employee performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate training programs to ensure employees’ skills align with organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employees (e.g., contracts, attendance, performance reviews).
- Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues
- Help develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to promote employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
- Maintain and analyze HR data to provide insights on employee turnover, performance trends, and other key metrics.
