Perfect Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Dubai, UAE!

If you have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE and a passion for finding top talent, they want to hear from you. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perfect Dubai, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting thorough candidate evaluations, and collaborating with hiring managers to manage the recruitment lifecycle. In addition, you will stay updated on industry trends, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and maintain records and provide reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, strong knowledge of recruitment processes, proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
