Description:
We are seeking an HR/ADMIN coordinator to join the CFMC team in Dubai. The HR/Admin Coordinator at CFMC plays a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, support digital marketing and support admin jobs. This position requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates.
- Support the administrative aspects of the new hire process, including screening, contracts, and updating HR systems.
- Help out during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, including staying in touch with them, answering their questions, and sending relevant materials.
- Schedule meetings, organizing employee engagement events, company’s social events, interviews, and other activities as needed.
- Act as the liaison between employees and the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
- Assist digital marketing team with data.
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and timely data.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support function preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
