Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, aligning HR support with business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management system for the sales department.
- Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure high-quality hires.
- Manage performance evaluations, provide guidance on career development, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for the sales team and design training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for professional development.
- Continuously improve the quality of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues within the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment with effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives in the sales department.
- Regularly report on HR activities and outcomes to the HR Director.
