Job Title: HRIS Specialist

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HRIS modules, specializing in Core HR, Fusion Absence Management, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage system updates and collaborate with IT for seamless functionality.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and provide end-user training and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Proficient in HR processes, payroll, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
  • Experience in HRIS process improvement.
  • Knowledge of SQL or database management.
