HSE Manager Position

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HSE Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Manager will be responsible for managing the Health & Safety program, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, accident investigation, and training. The HSE Manager will ensure that compliance with local and international EHS regulations and best practices is maintained, and that the company’s policy is implemented effectively on all projects.

Experience in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health

Experience in accident investigation and training.

Excellent understanding of local and international EHS regulations and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and provide solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Essential

• 10 Years construction experience
• 5 years as a HSE manager
• Degree or NEBOSH Diploma
• OHSAD registered.
• Pre-Cast villa Experience
• Main Contractor Experience
• Must Live in Abu Dhabi or prepared to re locate.
• Preferable
• Previous Aldar Experience
