Job Description
Looking for an HSE officer involves ensuring compliance, promoting a safe work environment, preventing accidents, protecting the environment, and continuously improving HSE practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Training and education: Organizing and delivering HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and visitors. Ensuring awareness of safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Incidents, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Compliance monitoring: Ensuring compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, permits, and certifications. Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and advising the organization on necessary actions.
- Safety inspections and audits: Conducting regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in HSE performance and recommending measures to enhance safety and environmental practices. Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Creation of RAMS for all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with NEBOSH IGC Certificate.
Should be
- Fluent in English and Conversational in Arabic
- Preferably someone with Event Industry background
- Cancelled/Visit visa is preferable.
- Immediate Joining
- Ability to commute/relocate to any country GCC
