Description:

They are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of their employees, clients, and stakeholders during fit out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE training for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the construction or fit out industry.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
