Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced marketing and lead generation expert with extensive experience in HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing our online lead generation and nurturing processes, working with our sales team to drive more sales, and collaborating with our content creation team across multiple online social media platforms. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their expertise during the interview process and through their work history.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Configuration and Management:
- Configure and set up HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot platform to support outreach growth, sales agent efficiency, and lead conversions.
- Set up lead-capturing pages to harness new business opportunities from inbound inquiries.
Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and staff efficiency using HubSpot.
- Submit management reports to track growth and identify key improvement areas.
- Segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts to different customer personas.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Create effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Nurture leads and improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Analyze outbound campaign performance using HubSpot’s analytics tools and provide feedback to the team.
- Offer data-driven recommendations and insights to management to improve marketing efforts, ROI, and staff performance.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry best practices.
Content and Social Media Management:
- Integrate content marketing strategies within HubSpot to drive inbound marketing.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies.
- Partner with the content team to track the performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and improve them through testing various marketing approaches.
Qualifications and Soft Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot.
- HubSpot certifications in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High organizational skills.
- Ability to collaboratively manage projects with sales teams.
