Description:
ALFAEQ GROUP seeks a Human Resources Administrator to manage HR functions across all group companies, supporting a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, trading, and services. This role requires a proactive individual experienced in HR best practices, labor law compliance, and employee relations. The HR Admin will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring efficient HR processes, and aligning HR activities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- *HR Policy Management:* Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and relevance across all companies under ALFAEQ GROUP.
- *Recruitment & Onboarding:* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer extensions.
- *Employee Relations:* Address employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- *Payroll & Benefits Administration:* Coordinate payroll processing and administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- *Performance Management:* Support performance appraisal processes, helping management heads set and review employee goals and develop improvement plans.
- *Training & Development:* Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support career growth initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- *HR Compliance:* Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
- *Record Keeping & Reporting:* Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare reports on HR metrics to support management decisions.
- *HR Support:* Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development projects as required.
Requirements
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- *Skills:* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- *Languages:* Arabic Speaker with Fluency in English.
