About the Role:
- In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with recruitment processes, candidate screening, and new hire onboarding.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and yearly travel tickets.
- Employee Relations: Providing administrative support for employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- HR Documentation: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
